Payment processing, subscription management, and refund policy.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We never store your full card details.

Subscription Management

Cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. Your progress is preserved if you resubscribe later.

Refund Policy

⚠️Refunds are available within 7 days of your initial purchase only. No refunds on subscription renewals or after the 7-day window. Email admin@promptkey.ai with your account details to request a refund.
