Direct messaging system for communicating with other members and support.
Overview
Pro members can send and receive direct messages through the platform. Access your inbox at /my/messages. The unread count badge appears in the header navigation so you never miss a conversation.

- Conversation Threads â Messages are grouped into conversations for easy tracking
- Unread Indicators â Badge count in the header shows unread messages at a glance

Sending a Message
Navigate to a user's profile and use the message option, or start a new conversation from your messages page. You can also reach support by using the contact form, which creates a tracked support request.
Access
âšī¸Direct messaging is available to Pro members. Support requests via the contact form are available to all authenticated users.
